What is that we are in Phase 2 of the Tourism Quality System?

The objectives:
Adopting a model of permanent optimization of tourism through planned quality management, not only to enhance the robustness of the services and the local economy, but to make tourism a real factor of territorial development.

The program consists of three stages:
This system, based on continuous improvement and quality assurance, in edilicios aspects of service and care, is divided into three stages or phases, spanning the establishments that voluntarily join the program.

Phase 1 – Accession
At this early stage, the payee of the QMS San Martin de los Andes, a series of transitions (internal, external and customer) assessments that define a general diagnosis and allow you to develop the plan for improvements, and also complete a series of trainings aimed at management levels.

Phase 2 – Commitment
This stage is reached when the establishment does approve the master plan presented, which were defined and developed according to evaluations performed (internal, external and client) and fulfills the assistance to operational and managerial trainings that are under the program. At this stage we began to work on the implementation of the master plan, with the goal of reaching the final stage.
